1 General Terms & Definitions

In this document, "Platform" refers to the clb99 website, mobile version, and all related services. "User" or "Member" refers to the person who has registered on clb99 and is using the platform's services.

clb99 operates as a secure and reliable online gaming platform. The platform follows SSL encryption and fair play principles. The following terms apply equally to all members:

2 Account & Registration

2.2 Account Security

• Transferring, selling, or renting an account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

clb99 supports Bangladesh's popular payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (through various banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

3.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (by any method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Using a payment method registered in a third party's name is strictly prohibited — such transactions may be cancelled and funds may be seized.

3.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• For large withdrawal amounts, identity verification must be completed.
• Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

clb99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, total balance ৳3,000. Deposit ৳10,000 or more and receive a maximum ৳8,000 bonus, total ৳18,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount must be wagered (on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Each member will receive the welcome bonus only once.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• clb99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if bonus abuse, fraud, or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• Another bonus cannot be used while one bonus is active unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• clb99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

5 Gaming & Betting Policy

clb99 operates various gaming categories including slot games, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting. All games follow fair play principles.

5.1 Gaming Terms

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) — no manipulation is possible.
• If a technical error or disconnection occurs, that game round will be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.
• Intentionally disconnecting during a game to gain an advantage is prohibited.
• Using any software or bot to play games automatically is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Betting Terms

• For sports betting, bets placed after a match has started cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If match fixing or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
• clb99 reserves the right to set, change, or refuse any bet limit.
• clb99 reserves the right to cancel bets placed on clearly erroneous odds or pricing.

6 Responsible Gaming

• Members can set their own daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits.
• There is an option to temporarily or permanently suspend an account.
• If any signs of gaming addiction appear, contact support immediately.

8 Service Suspension & Termination

clb99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity.
• Creating or operating an account with false information.
• Bonus fraud or operating multiple accounts.
• Threats or abuse directed at other members, employees, or clb99.
• An underage person's account being identified.

In the case of permanent closure, the balance will be returned according to applicable rules — however, funds earned from bonuses or suspicious transactions will not be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

clb99 is not liable for the following:

• Issues with games or bets caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or third-party service failures.
• Any loss caused by a member's negligence with their account credentials.
• Services being temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical disruptions.
• Issues caused by software errors from third-party game providers.

clb99 always strives to keep its services running well and resolves any issues promptly. However, if you have a complaint about the quality of any service, please notify support immediately.

10 Changes to Terms & Notice

clb99 may update or amend these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after a change will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
